Arizona State University Law Professor William Canby (left) outlines some of the thoughts he'll be presenting in a talk on human rights for the Valley's UN Day program, Sunday, for fellow ASU faculty members Dr. William Podlich (center) and Dr. Victor Baumann. Dr. Podlich is president of Greater Phoenix Chapter of the UN Association of the United States, sponsors for the 3 p.m. program Sunday at Phoenix Woman's Clubhouse. Dr. Baumann is president of the Arizona State Division of the UN Association. In background is copy of proclamation signed by Tempe Mayor Bill LoPiano making Sunday UN Day in Tempe.
