A child, Hifa Huwaishel, was seriously injured, and later died in an auto accident in the 2000 block of East Broadway. He was ejected from a jeep-type vehicle when it was struck by a dump truck. Fahd Ashek Fehaid was driving the jeep-type vehicle.
