DescriptionTaken from Tempe Daily News - Thursday, February 23, 1978: The beat of the drums appeals to businessmen too_ as Tempe High School's Buffalo Band Boosters were shown this week when Hobart Corp., 929 A HoHoKam, donated a $50 check to a fund to help the Buff Bandsmen finance a tour to California this spring. Bill Rohrs (right), branch manager for Hobart, presents the check to Jerry Proudfoot, vice president of the Buffalo Band Boosters, an organization whose members include parents and others interested in supporting the activities of the THS music-makers.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-A.
