DescriptionBill Woods (second from left), chairman of Meals On Wheels program, accepts a check for $813.89 from Dottie Nelson, President of Alpha Kappa chapter of ESA (acronym not expanded in caption -- possibly Epsilon Sigma Alpha, a service organization). The donation was raised at the chapter's annual Western Dance. The Meals On Wheels program provides nutritious food for shut-ins in the Tempe area. Alpha Kappa is just one of the groups who help keep the "wheels rolling." Also pictured (left to right) are Marjorie Love, dance chairman, and Sibyl Flynn, vice-chairman of Meals On Wheels.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-A.
