DescriptionFrom a photograph caption appearing in Tempe Daily News April 6, 1978:Four-Car Crash - Four cars involved in a crash when a car crossed the center line at Rural and Apache and struck three stationary cars. Driver of the car initiating the crash was driven by Joseph Burner, 28, of 472 East Erie, who was injured and who officers determined was traveling about 50 miles an hour at the time of the crash. Burner was cited for DWI and two other traffic violations.
