DescriptionFrom a photo caption in the April 15, 1978 issue of Tempe Daily News:Expecting A Hungry Crowd - St. Margaret's Catholic Church parishioners have been chopping chilies and dicing vegetables, shredding cheese and cooking up a storm this week, preparing food for that church's annual Spring Fiesta, to be held this Sunday. Getting ground beef, chicken and vegetables ready for the Mexican food and meatloaf dinner to be sold at the noon to 7 p.m. Fiesta in the Victory Acres church are (l to r) Carmen Soto, St. Margaret's Society President Jose Ortiz and Josefina Enriquez, three of the many parishioners working to make the festival a fund-raising success.
