DescriptionFrom an article and photograph caption appearing in Tempe Daily News, July 31, 1978:Nice To Meet You - Richard and Jody Simon, and their children Tina and Rick, are hosting a Japanese exchange student, Masakazu Soeda. For the second year Tempe families are hosting 31 Japanese high school students being brought to the United States by Pacific American Institute, Inc. with the cooperation of the Heiwa Foreign Study Association of Tokyo for intensive American culture and English language studies.
