DescriptionFrom a photo caption in Tempe Daily News, September 5, 1978:Taste Test - Owner (from right) Mike Pulos and general manager Taylor Zimpelman of Tempe's new Spaghetti Co. restaurant at Fourth and Mill offer up a plate of spaghetti for testing by (from left) customers Jean Redden, Mel Redden (contractor for the downtown redevelopment project building in which the restaurant is located) and Mike's wife, Alice, a decorator who helped her husband choose the antiques liberally furnishing the eatery during travels in Europe. The restaurant will have a grand opening tomorrow.
