DescriptionTempe Mayor Harry Mitchell (center) had to use more care than usual in snipping the "ribbon" to officially open newest Angels Do-it-yourself retail center at Baseline and Rural roads, Thursday morning. The ribbon was a chain of dollar bills - and after the official ribbon-cutting, it was donated by Angels to charity, a tradition at all of Angel's Arizona openings.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-C.
