Going Up - Ramon Elias (left), assistant director of The Boys' Club of Tempe, one of the 27 agencies to benefit from this year's 1978 Tempe United Way campaign, aids City of Tempe traffic signal technician Aaron Gill in putting up thermometer sign at Tempe Shopping Center. Boys' Club members helped repair the thermometer signs which will help Tempeans keep track of how UW campaign is progressing toward its $380,000 goal. Boys' Club receives 38 percent of its budget from United Way. The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-D.
