DescriptionFrom a photo caption published in Tempe Daily News October 12, 1978:Pickup Flips - Ruben G. Romero, 36, of 402 South Ash Street, Tempe, escaped serious injury yesterday evening after the pick-up truck he was driving went out of control and rolled near the intersection of Priest and Fifth Street. Police officials said that Romero attempted to turn left onto Fifth Street from Priest when the accident occurred. No citations were issued pending further investigation of the incident.
