DescriptionTucked away behind dusty Mexico Street in Guadalupe's Biehn Colony is the home of Mr. and Mrs. Porfirio Castro and their three children. The small three-room home sits on a 40-foot wide lot, 20 feet short of a required frontage set by the County Board of Supervisors. The large wired and corrugated paneled fence to the left separates the Olivas clan property and 20 feet of land awarded to Castro. He is currently paying property taxes on the land he is not occupying.See the Oct 30, 1978 issue of the Tempe Daily News.
