DescriptionFrom a photo caption appearing in Tempe Daily News October 27, 1978:Bagels Anyone? - We'll Take Manhattan Bagels, 1084 East Baseline, opened last month. The Cuccurullo family, who have been in the bakery business for 62 years, offer 22 different kinds of bagels in the shop. Also, hot meals, sandwiches, breads and cakes from all nations are served. In the top picture (2001.19.4022), Laura and Annie Cuccurullo help a customer. Pat Cuccurullo, below (2001.19.4023), bakes the bagels.
