DescriptionFrom an article, 'Cotton Maid and wardrobe make debut' in the 'people' section of the Tempe Daily News, Wednesday, November 7, 1984:

Michelle Ricca, 1984-85 Arizona Maid of Cotton, shows off three of the dressmaker-made outfits in her special wardrobe. The jacquard cotton black cocktail dress at right, dusty pink cotton afternoon dress at left and the tuxedo suit she's wearing are all made of 100 percent cotton. Not only that, the suit is made of Pima cotton grown in Arizona and woven into fabric in Japan
