DescriptionFrom a photo caption in the 'Looking Good' section of the Tempe Daily News, April 24, 1985:Coffee, anyone? - Tempean Ione Warne, retired Phoenix Balz Elementary School District teacher, has filled a lot of coffee mugs for patients at the outpatient clinic in the Veteran's Administration Hospital, Phoenix. Tempe Woman's Club provides volunteers once a month to help at the outpatient clinic - and Warne has been one of them for many years. The club's members also make slippers, lap robes and other items for VA Hospital patients.
