Also a photo caption: Honoring Pensri Tawisuwan of Thailand (seated, right) for earning her doctorate degree in adult education at Arizona State University is three officers of the P.E.O. Sisterhood. Seated to the left of Tawisuwan is Freda Mills, the state chapter president. Standing from left to right are Sheryl Thompson, president of Chapter F in Tempe, and Amy Olson of Chapter BU in Tempe. Tawisuwan came to ASU five years ago, after recieving a P.E.O.' International Peace Scholarship.
