DescriptionEsquer is CAP's 'Rock of Gibraltar', from Tempe Daily News, January 7, 1986 - Lupe Esquer, left, who has been a staffer with the Tempe Community Action Program since its founding, was surprised with a cake and gifts from a few staffers Friday in celebration of her birthday which was Saturday. Among the well-wishers was Cindy Escobar who is training as a receptionist at CAP through a county youth program.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-F.
