DescriptionTempe Daily News, March 8, 1986: Frank Elementary School in Guadalupe has been named by the President's Council on Physical Fitness to serve for the next three years as a physical fitness demonstration center. Frank school's physical education program coordinator Don Hicks, P.E. teachers Jim Blose and Brenda McFarland, school principal Mary Lou Torres and Richard Meszar proudly display the banner after it was presented to the school in a special ceremony.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-F.
