The state's first Ms. Wheelchair Arizona, Ellen Pilcher of Peoria, speaks with Dr. Richard Uhrich, chief executive officer of Good Samaritan Medical Center. Good Samaritan's Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine hosted the Ms. Wheelchair Arizona Pageant over the weekend at Tempe Mission Palms Hotel.
