DescriptionTempe's main recourse in dealing with Sky Harbor noise is a lawsuit. Udall claims it is the only leverage while Terry Goddard said it would have a severe impact on the use of Sky Harbor. Tempe set aside $10,000 for the suit while the airport is planning extensive expansion.
