DescriptionThis Historic and Architectural Survey has a green cover with the cover and pages bound by a two hole removable clip. It was prepared by a joint venture of CNWC Architects, Gerald A. Doyle & Associates, and historical consultant Bert Fireman. There is an Introduction; Tempe History from 1870 to 1930; Maps, including Study buildings map, Maps of buildings according to construction date, Map of land transactions of C. T. Hayden and the Tempe Land and Improvement Company, and Land Patents; Evaluation of buildintgs and photographs; Photographs of Downtown Tempe; Buildings with at least local significance including Map of buildings, Summaries of Buildings, Chain of title, and Conclusion; and a Bibliography.
