DescriptionFramed poster with text detailing the history of Minder Binders bar and restaurant in Tempe.It includes information on the founding, the parent company, notable guests and employees, and so forth. It is thought that the text was written around 2003, as the text written by Dave Cooper states that he began in 2003 and is writing "more than two decades later". The restaurant closed in 2005. Also incuded in the frame are two photographs from 1986 - 1987: one showing the outside of the restaurant and the other showing employees Jason Smith and Dave Cooper standing in front of the red Minder Binders wagon. This framed piece hung in the restaurant during the last year or two of its operation.
