BiographyBecame Tempe Town Engineer in 1913.He had previously worked for the engineering firm of Prescott Fowell, c1908-1912, where he had designed several municipal sewer systems in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He designed Tempe's sewer system, and developed the working plans for the Industrial Arts/Anthroplogy Building and Krause Dining Hall on the Tempe Normal School (ASU) campus.
Lived in Phoenix.
