BiographyCarpenter in 192, '23..Came to Arizona, c1900. For more than 20 years, he built houses in Tempe for rental purposes, including 614 S. Maple Avenue (built c1914). He was frequently praised by local newspaper for easing the housing shortage in Tempe during 1920s.
Owned 8 acres in section 23, T.1 N.,R.4 E., in 1924.Lived at 811 McAllister Ave in 1921, '23.
