BiographyAttended Tempe High School, and was an All-State wrestler for the Tempe Buffaloes. Attended Mesa Community College and Arizona State University, where he received his bachelor's and master's degrees. Taught at Whittier Elementary School in Mesa. Taught at Mesa High School, where he was also assistant coach for wrestling and football. The Arizona Republic named him AAA Coach of the Year. Worked for Tempe School District No. 3, beginning in 1972. He was a second grade teacher at Hudson School and a physical education teacher at Connolly Junior High School.BIO-Arredondo
