BiographyProfessor at the Territorial Normal School,
1900-1908.
He received his Ph.D. in Psychology and Pedagogy at the University of Chicago. He started the Blome Training School at the Territorial Normal School in 1906. He resigned in 1908 to take a position with Northern Arizona Normal School.
He was a member of the Old Settlers of Tempe Association in 1920. At the Old Settlers' 1920 picnic, he spoke on the psychological phases in the lives of pioneers.
Lived at 10th Street and Willow (now College Avenue).
