DescriptionHandle is laquered black, elongate oval with widest part near base. Base is flattened. Cylindrical metal flange fits over neck of handle, securing steel cylinder to wooden handle. Steel cylinder is constricted 2 cm. from handle. Wheel 2 cm. in diameter has toothed edge. and is fixed to turn within a slot in steel cylinder with transverse rivet.Status
