DescriptionPiece of white cardboard folded like a match book, with flap tucking into slot in lower edge. Inside are five 2-ply silk mending threads which are wrapped around a small piece of cardboard covered with textured gold foil and stapled to the main cover. Thread colors are dark green, white, beige, black, and olive green. Full side depicts a cameo of a female head in profile on an oval orange background, surrounded by an ornate blue border with orange highlights.
Folding side has printed advertising text, and fold-up flap has printed trademark information.
Upper edge reads: "Pat Appli. for made in U.S.A."
