DescriptionThis is a police hat with rain cover. A label inside says "W. Rogers #56". The navy blue wool hat has a mesh vent band over the shiny black visor and band. Inside the brown vented leather band adjusts to size. Left and right are brass buttons with "P" on them. The "shower cap" style plastic cover protects from rain.Status
