DescriptionThe silk banner, which is red with aged white rectangle inside, has grey/silver felt star in center, with off-white topstitching. The top has a metal strip with hanging cord attached--white and gold entwined with tassels at ends. The star was bl;ue, but is now faded. The underside shows blue.Status
