DescriptionThe mailing cylinder of heavy cardboard has metal bottom and metal screw caps. The outside has label addressed to "Dr. William A. Voit, pathologist; 7522 N. 13th Ave, Phoeniz, AZ 85021" and Dr. Staff's return address. Inside is a glass bottle with black plastic cap. Label would be paper wrapped around it with rubber band.
