DescriptionThe B/W photograph of the awards stage at Tempe Center, shows Lew King, of The Lew King Rangers (western performers) presenting a trophy to a teenage girl wearing a 1950s style dress of crinoline and cardigan. A banner on the stage front is for "Webster's Dairy."

Caption from the Tempe 150th Anniversary exhibit:
Horse-riding participants carry the flags of the United States and Mexico in Tempe’s 1930 Fiestas Patrias parade as they move south on Mill Avenue at 6th Street. Celebrated in Tempe since the 1870s, Fiestas Patrias is Mexico’s Independence Day.
