Anxious - Tempe Elementary School District Three library services coordinator Shirlee King is so anxious for district's new Brogan Center for library services to be completed she almost pitched in to lay bricks herself Friday. Mrs. King was checking out progress of the center now under construction at 1402 Elna Rae adjacent to TD3 maintenance facilities Building will be central warehousing and distributing point not only for books for the district's school libraries, but for textbooks for classrooms too.
