Diners know exactly what to expect from a restaurant called "That Mexican Food Place," located in the Smitty's shopping center at the northwest corner of Mill and Southern . Owned and managed by Bob and Marcia Maffucci, and Ken and Lou Anna Whitley, the restaurant is open from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily except Sunday.
