A mutual concern for children who are objects of abuse and neglect brought about organization this week of the Family Resource Center of Tempe. Discussing plans for the center are (l to r) Bill Howell, pastor of University United Presbyterian Church; Dr. Jim Billingsley, Getz school principal and an incorporator for the Family Resource Center; Sue Adcock, elected vice president of the group's board; and board president Anne Eddowes of Tempe.
