DescriptionIt was time out for a little enjoyment at the home of ASU Assistant Academic Vice President Dr. Joyce M. Foster for members of the Higher Education Coordinating Council for Arizona after they met on the ASU campus for an annual spring meeting. Joining HECC outgoing chairman Dr. Foster (center) to host after-work social were ASU Registrar Enos Underwood (left); Dr. Quention Bogart and Dr. Karl Donnenfeldt (2nd and 3rd from the right). Guests included Cochise College Dean of Students Dr. Jim Young (2nd from left). Northern Arizona University Registrar Dr. Milton Schroeder next to Dr. Foster; and (far right) University of Arizona Registrar David Butler, incoming chairman of the council.
