Surrounded by examples of her weaving and welding art work, on exhibit through today at United Bank Arcade, 64 East Broadway, Tempe artist Sally Walker explains to a pair of visitors, Pete Pappas and Diversified Travel Agency manager Rosemary Wise, how she spins her own wool for her weavings. Demonstrations by the artist of spinning and wool preparation techniques have been a special feature of the week-long exhibit which ends at 9 tonight in Suite 3 at the arcade. Mrs. Walker's wall hangings and sculptures combine elements of both welded steel and naturally dyed homespun.
