Description"Learning and Sharing" is the theme this year for Tempe Garden Club, so after that club's members learned the art of making pinecone Christmas wreaths under the direction of Marjorie Gray, they shared the results with the City of Tempe - by presenting it with one of the wreaths for decorating at city hall.
