DescriptionSmoke burns across the skyline as a truck in East Phoenix burns Monday evening. Phoenix fire officials said a large asphalt-carrying truck caught on fire at a repair yard at 4522 East Miami. They said the truck was destroyed before firefighters could extinguish the blaze. One fire official estimated damage at $15,000. He said Tempe firemen backed up Phoenix units at the scene.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G7-F.
