Tempe's Salvation Army's annual Christmas assistance program for the needy not only gets wide-spread community support through donations of food, toys and cash, it also attracts lots of willing volunteer helpers... Among those on hand at Tempe National Guard Armory yesterday to help in the first day SA Christmas Baskets distribution... were volunteers (from left to right) Jenny Berman, Jim McNamara, Katy Laun, Wendy Langdell, Fred Ross, Shirley Fisher, Carl Miller and Anna Bennett/
