DescriptionFrom a series of photos taken for the Tempe Daily News, February 17, 1978:Just A Little Overflow - Water, water everywhere could be how most Tempeans have felt the last month, but Tempe's Parks and Recreation Department had added reason to believe the world was made of water this week. Exceptional amount of rainfall in recent days caused a slight problem at the city's big regional Kiwanis Park - when that park's lake overflowed and very nearly made the whole park a lake.
