DescriptionFrom a photo caption appearing in Tempe Daily News, February 17, 1978:You Could Wade In Maybe? - Sign at Kiwanis Park says "No Boating," but anyone who planned to have a picnic in that park's ramadas this week needed a boat to get there, as the park's lake overflowed and covered up much of the surrounding area. Nobody ever said you couldn't "swim in" for a picnic, though!
