DescriptionTaken from Tempe Daily News - Friday, March 3, 1978: Dirk Richwine, McClintock High School senior, advocated better organization and communication, and getting more people involved in and informed on what was going on for the MHS student body when he ran, successfully, for Student Body president at that school. And proof that progress is being made was the Spirit Award won by McClintock's Council members in competition with 140 other Arizona schools at recent state convention of Student Councils.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-A.
