Not only was Captain Michael Petz the first to congratulate his sister Sara Petz when she was commisioned a first lieutenant in the US Air Force Nurse Corps, Saturday - he did the "commisioning". The new AF Nurse Corps lieutenat may have a familiar face for many Tempeans. She's been a training instructor of Tempe's Fire Department Paramedics and has accompanied them on many of their emergancy runs.
