DescriptionTaken from Tempe Daily News - Thursday, March 30th, 1978:Jeff Carlson, a member of the Tempe Top Hands 4-H group introduces his sheep to their temporary new home at Arizona State fairgrounds. Jeff is one of a number of Tempe young people who hae entries in this year's Maricopa County Fair, underway at the fair grounds through Sunday - and he's the only member of the Top Hands who is showin more than one sheep at the fair.
