DescriptionRudy Campbell (standing left), active in Tempe's public and civic life since he was first elected to the city's Board of Freeholders in 1954, accepts "Citizen of the Year" award from Paul Tubb, past president of the Mesa-Chandler-Tempe Board of Realtors. Campbell was the third successive Tempean to receive the award, given annually by the Realtors at a Civic Dinner climaxing observance of Private Property Week.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-B.
