DescriptionFrom a photo caption appearing in Tempe Daily News, September 15, 1978:Barber's Bargain? - Barber Ray Boles supervises moving of an antique desk which will be top prize in a drawing to be conducted by Tempe Boys' Club in conjunction with an antique auction it will stage as a fund-raising event on October 8. Boles, a member of the Boys' Club board, acquired the roll top desk on behalf of the Boys' Club from an antique dealer in Sedona. Tickets for the drawing, at $1each, are available at his Ray's ASU Barber Shop in Tempe Shopping Center, Nash's Barber Shop in Valley Fair Shopping Center or from any Boys' Club board member.
