DescriptionSpicy reports, from Tempe Daily News, November 6, 1985 - With a flashy All-American costume for an All-America city, Paula Francies, right, won the Most Creative award at Friday's Tempe United Way fund drive progress report breakfast for her report on the City of Tempe campaign. But running a close second was Chris Hinz, left, and her "Vice Squad" team, making a report for Charlie Group of the Business and Industry Division. The Most Creative award has put a little spice into this year's United Way campaign report sessions.(See also 2001.19.4810, from Tempe Daily News)
