Tempean Jo-Anne Lesce, who isn't letting her visual impairment keep her from working on a university degree, shows a talking calculator which is helping her in her studies, to Tempe United Way campaign director John Olson, Jo-Anne was a special guest at Tempe United Way campaign progress report luncheon, Wednesday, there to give UW volunteers insights into how one of the agencies Tempe United Way supports - The Phoenix Center for the Blind - uses its funds for benefit of the blind and visually impaired.
