DescriptionFrom a photo caption, "Best of Show", appearing on Page A6, Tempe Daily News, February 1, 1985: Tempe artist Barbara Lathrop, right, helps Elden Barmore, Rio Salado bank president and chief executive officer, decide where to hang her art work, "Camellia," which won Best of Show in Tempe Art League's annual Tri-City United Art Show at Tri-City Mall in Mesa. The work also won the bank's Purchase Award and will have a permanent home in the Tempe community bank's offices at the Tempe City Center at Southern Avenue and Dorsey Lane.See also 4974
